These Terms of Service govern your use of SiftPics, a product owned and operated by Sentinel Technologies, LLC.
By downloading, installing, or using SiftPics ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

Pro Subscription:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with SiftPics, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

AI detection is not perfect. Always review flagged content before deletion. We are not responsible for false positives or false negatives.
Optional Feature
SiftPics includes an optional archive extraction feature that is disabled by default.
Archive files (ZIP, RAR, 7Z, TAR, GZ, BZ2, XZ) can be scanned when you enable this feature in Settings → File Filters → "Archives (Extract & Scan)".

You acknowledge and accept that the Company is NOT liable for any content within unscanned archive files, including encrypted/password-protected archives.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: When you delete files through SiftPics, they are moved to your system's Recycle Bin (Windows) or Trash (macOS). Files can be recovered from the Recycle Bin/Trash until you empty it. Always verify flagged files before deletion. We are not responsible for accidentally deleted files.
We may update the Software and these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Service Dependency: Certain features of SiftPics, including license activation and validation, require communication with our servers. If our servers become permanently unavailable — due to business closure, insolvency, or other circumstances beyond our control — these features may cease to function. This applies to all license types, including Lifetime purchases.
Discontinuation: We may discontinue the Software or its associated services with reasonable notice. In the event of planned discontinuation, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to release a final update that removes server dependencies, allowing the Software to continue functioning offline. However, we cannot guarantee that such an update will be possible in all circumstances, including but not limited to bankruptcy, dissolution of the company, or loss of key personnel.
Lifetime License Acknowledgment: By purchasing a Lifetime license, you acknowledge that "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product and its supporting services, not an unconditional perpetual guarantee. While we intend to support the Software for as long as possible, continued functionality depends on the ongoing availability of our infrastructure and team.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections on liability, warranties, and dispute resolution survive termination.
If you have a concern or dispute regarding the Software, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at support@siftpics.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Delaware, United States, and will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We honor our 14-day refund policy and will work with you to resolve any billing issues promptly.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
The Software is subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You agree that you will not export, re-export, or transfer the Software to:
By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any restricted country or on any restricted party list.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SiftPics regarding the Software.
