SiftPics performs all AI scanning locally on your device with no rate limits. However, for license validation and cloud features, the following limits apply:
If you encounter rate limit errors, wait a few minutes and try again. This protects our servers and your account from abuse.
Yes! SiftPics can extract and scan files within compressed archives (ZIP, RAR, 7Z, TAR, GZ, BZ2, etc.).
This feature is optional and disabled by default for performance reasons. To enable it:
⚠️ Note: Archive extraction may significantly slow down scans and use temporary disk space. Encrypted archives cannot be scanned.
If you prefer not to use automatic extraction, you can extract archives manually and then scan the extracted folder.
